My copy, sans dust jacket, says 1968, but does not say "first edition." Nor does it say what printing it was. What does this mean?

mine too! I think it mat be the book club edition?

Second printings, third printings, etc. are stated as such. So if yours doesn't have that information either, then a book club edition is your best bet.

Have a copy with cover and signed... Whats its worth??? 1968 but is not written 1st ,2nd, or 3rd copy???
