Back of dust jacket has six reviews - by San Francisco Chronicle, Boston Sunday Globe, New York Times, Miami Herald, Washington Post Book World, and USA Today.
Some first editions were specially bound by the publisher with an unnumbered tipped-in signature page. Other first editions have a limitation page as part of Powell's Indiespensable subscription club - the Powell's books were signed and issued in a custom blue slipcase. These special copies do not proceed the standard first editions.
