This is the first U.S. edition. Copyright page has full number line "1 3 5 7 9 10 8 6 4 2". Boards are gray with mustard colored cloth spine with black letters. Back of dust jacket has three blurbs with "1082-1650" on the bottom left, and "0-671-44977-X" on the bottom right.
There was also a signed leather bound edition published by Easton Press about 17 years after the first edition, and obviously not a first.
Note: The true first edition of this book was published as "Schindler's Ark" earlier in 1982 by Hodder and Stoughton in the UK. "First printed 1982" is stated on the copyright page with no references to subsequent printings.
