There is also a book club edition and an Oprah edition. The book club edition book is identical to the true first edition, but the dust jacket lacks a price on the front flap. The Oprah edition is very similar to the true first, but it has a different ISBN on the copyright page, and the dust jacket has the Oprah's Book Club logo on the front, and has a differnt ISBN on the bar code in the back.

Back Roads is an Oprah's Book Club selection.
