The first issue dust jacket also lacks any bestseller or Pulitzer winner blurbs; and has seven review blurbs on the back by Adam Haslett, Gary Shteyngart, Karen Joy Fowler, Nell Zink, Michael Chabon, Julie Orringer, and Armistead Maupin.

Less won the Pulitzer Prize for Fiction.
